Ich bin kein Ubuntu Geek und diese Sources-List ist meine persönliche, die entsprechend mit Vorsicht zu geniessen ist.
Wer nicht weiss, wie es geht fange mit folgenden Befehlen an:

apt-get update um die Softwareliste upzudaten
sudo apt-get upgrade um seine installierte Software upzudaten
sudo cp /etc/apt/sources.lst /etc/apt/backupmeinersources.lst um die Datei zu sichern
sudo leafpad (oder gedit, mousepad, vim, nano) /etc/apt/sources.lst um die Datei zu editieren und die eine oder andere Quelle aus der folgenden Liste zu kopieren.
